It has become habitual for few spiritual seekers to judge and keep changing meditation methods, paths and even Spiritual Masters. It is better to search deeper than in a broader sense. Ana Pana Sati yoga otherwise known as APS is watching the in-breath and the out-breath. It seems to be an act of boredom, but only initially. Finally it encounters boredom. It is the simplest, finest yet difficult. Buddha was Enlightened by doing Vipasana (Breath watching, higher level). Aps is the preparation for Vipasana.
