Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

- International Orders: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight, package size, and delivery location.
- For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Accurate Shipping Address

- If an order is returned due to address issues, re-shipping charges will apply.

10. Undelivered or Returned Packages
Orders may be returned due to:

- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
In such cases, re-dispatch will be initiated only after additional shipping charges are paid by the customer.
11. Digital Products & Online Services
- Digital products, downloadable content, online programs, and virtual spiritual services are delivered electronically.
- No physical shipping or shipping charges apply to digital-only purchases.
